(Web Desk): Thirteen suspects attempting to illegally travel to Iran by sea have been arrested from Jiwani, officials said.
According to the FIA spokesperson, the FIA Composite Circle Gwadar carried out major operations and arrested 13 individuals who were trying to cross into Iran illegally via the sea route.
The suspects are from various areas of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). Among the arrested, 9 are from Punjab, while 4 belong to different districts of KP.
They were apprehended in Jiwani, and were attempting to leave Pakistan illegally for Iran via the sea.
According to the spokesperson, initial investigations revealed that the suspects intended to travel from Iran to other countries illegally. A case has been registered against them, and further investigations are underway.
