‘Yes, I will defend Poland and the Baltic countries. We do not like this situation at all’

(Web Desk): US President Donald Trump has announced that if Russia engages in further aggression, he will fully defend Poland and the Baltic states.
His statement comes after Russian fighter jets violated Estonian airspace, raising tensions in the region.
According to international media reports, three Russian MiG-31 aircraft entered Estonian airspace over the Gulf of Finland, prompting strong protests from NATO and the European Union. Moscow, however, has denied any such violation.
In response, Italian F-35 jets, part of NATO’s air defense mission, were deployed alongside Swedish and Finnish aircraft to intercept the Russian planes. Following the incident, Estonia has called for an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council.
Speaking to reporters, Trump said, “Yes, I will defend Poland and the Baltic countries. We do not like this situation at all.”
His remarks follow a recent incident where Russian drones allegedly violated Polish airspace just a few days earlier.
