It said that Israel targeted workers and journalists aboard the aid boats

The Palestinian resistance organization Hamas has described the Israeli attack on the Global Resistance Flotilla carrying aid to Gaza and the arrest of human rights activists as piracy and terrorism.
Hamas said in a statement that Israel targeted workers and journalists aboard the aid boats, which is a crime against humanity, and that Israel’s move will further inflame the anger of people around the world.
The resistance organization called for condemnation of the Israeli crime from around the world, saying that the United Nations and the international community should fulfill their legal and moral obligations. The organization demanded that immediate measures be taken to protect the workers and aid boats.
It is pertinent to note that this flotilla departed from Spain on August 31, but convoys from more countries joined it on the way.
According to reports, there are about 500 people on board dozens of boats in the flotilla, but the Israeli navy has stopped and detained several ships about 90 nautical miles from Palestinian territorial waters.
