Two Test matches will be played between Pakistan and South Africa


Lahore: The first group of South Africa's Test cricket team players has reached Lahore. The second group of the team will reach Lahore a few hours later.
Upon arrival at Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore, the squad was taken to the hotel under strict security.
Two Test matches will be played between Pakistan and South Africa. The first Test will be played at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, from October 12 to 16, while the second Test is scheduled at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from October 20 to 24.
South Africa is the winner of the ICC World Test Championship 2023-25.
It is pertinent to note that the Pakistan Test squad has been shortened for the Test series against South Africa.
According to reports, fast bowler Amir Jamal and spinner Faisal Akram have been removed from the squad. The number of players in the national team's squad has been reduced from 18 to 16.
