Four people have died so far due to dengue virus

In many districts of interior Sindh, including Hyderabad, cases of dengue virus and malaria are not showing any signs of stopping, yet preventive measures are not being implemented.
Hundreds of patients are forced to seek treatment in hospitals, clinics, private hospitals, or at home every day, but measures to control dengue and malaria are not visible.
Data from Liaquat University Diagnostic Research Laboratory
According to Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad Zain-ul-Abideen, four people have died so far due to dengue virus.
According to the data of Liaquat University Diagnostic Research Laboratory, 17,364 people have been screened across Sindh so far in the month of October alone, out of which 7,679 people tested positive for dengue cases, while 6,486 people tested positive for dengue cases in Hyderabad, Qasimabad and Latifabad alone.
Sindh Department Statement
According to the Sindh Health Department, 2416,427 people have been screened for malaria since January, out of which 215,270 people fell victim to malaria.
The Sindh government has allocated a budget of Rs1.21 billion for the anti-malaria program alone, but the increasing number of malaria cases in the millions has raised questions about this program.
