Expresses confidence tha Daanish School in Chitral would be formally inaugurated next year

Chitral: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has performed the groundbreaking of Daanish School in Chitral.
Addressing the ceremony, he said the state-of-the-art school, equipped with modern facilities such as digital libraries, smart boards, and playgrounds, will provide free boarding and lodging to deserving students from the region.
The Prime Minister emphasised that the Daanish School in Chitral will be at par with the Aitchison College Lahore in terms of delivering quality education to children from ordinary backgrounds. He noted that no one had requested the establishment of this school; rather, it was his personal vision to extend such educational opportunities to remote areas, including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan. He described the project as a gift from the Federal Government to the people of Chitral.
Shehbaz Sharif expressed confidence that the Daanish School in Chitral would be formally inaugurated next year.
Responding to local demands, he also announced the establishment of a gas plant in Chitral. He assured that the issue of electricity tariffs in Upper Chitral would be resolved amicably.
In view of the public demand, he said the Federal Government will establish a university in Upper Chitral.
The Prime Minister further highlighted that several infrastructure projects are currently underway in the area.
Speaking on political matters, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif shared that he personally called the newly elected Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sohail Afridi, to congratulate him on his election as the province's chief executive.
He added that during the conversation, he invited the Chief Minister to join hands for the development and prosperity of Pakistan and to collectively address the challenge of terrorism.
The Prime Minister expressed hope that Sohail Afridi would respond positively to his offer of cooperation.
