Dengue cases continue to rise across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with 45 new confirmed infections reported in the past 24 hours.
According to a report issued by the provincial health department, the number of active dengue cases in the province has reached 330.
The report stated that the total number of dengue cases recorded in the province this year has climbed to 4,836.
During the past 24 hours, 13 more patients were admitted to different hospitals, bringing the total number of dengue patients currently receiving treatment in hospitals to 40.
So far this year, 1,795 patients have been hospitalised due to dengue, while 4,504 individuals have recovered from the virus.
The report confirmed that two patients have died from dengue in the province during the current year.
