Mainly dry weather expected over most parts of country

Islamabad: Mainly dry weather is expected over most parts of the country, while cold (with very cold conditions during morning/night) in hilly areas during the next twelve hours.

Shallow fog in patches during morning/night) may develop over few plain areas of Punjab.

Temperature of major cities recorded this morning: 

Islamabad seven degree centigrade, Lahore twelve, Karachi sixteen, Peshawar eight, Quetta one, Gilgit minus-one while Murree and Muzafarabad five degree centigrade.  

According to the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, cold and dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula, while dry weather  in Jammu and very cold and dry in Leh.

Srinagar, Pulwama and Baramula minus-one degree centigrade, Jammu ten, Leh minus-five, Anantnag zero  and Shopian minus-two degree centigrade.
