Web Desk: A boy from Jacobabad who was undergoing treatment in Karachi after contracting rabies has died.
The child had been bitten on the hands and legs by a stray dog two months ago, after which symptoms of rabies began to appear. Due to the absence of effective treatment, he was being administered only pain-relieving medication.
According to hospital officials, the child was brought to the hospital in a critical condition a day earlier and died in Karachi on Monday. It is worth noting that more than 21 deaths due to rabies have been reported in Sindh so far this year.
