PMD predicts cold, dry weather in most areas

Islamabad: Cold and dry weather is expected over most areas of the country while, partly cloudy in northern parts during the next twelve hours.

Fog in patches may develop over plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during night/morning.

The temperature of major cities recorded this morning.

Islamabad seven degree centigrade, Lahore thirteen, Karachi fifteen, Peshawar six, Quetta and Gilgit minus-two,  Murree four and Muzaffarabad five degree centigrade.

According to the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, very cold  weather is expected in Srinagar, very cold and dry in Anantnag,  partly cloudy and  cold weather in Jammu while very cold and partly cloudy in  Leh, Pulwama, Shopian and Baramula.

Srinagar and Anantnag zero degree centigrade, Jammu ten, Leh minus-nine, Pulwama and Shopian one and Baramula two degree centigrade.
