Per tola price reaches Rs475,662 after a gain of Rs2,300

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan surged on Saturday in line with their gain in the international market, while silver rose to hit an unprecedented high.
In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs475,662 after a gain of Rs2,300 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs407,803 after it increased by Rs1,972, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Friday, gold price per tola reached Rs473,362 after a gain of Rs500 during the day.
The international rate of gold was up by $23 to reach $4,533 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
