Two killed for not returning borrowed amount of Rs500
Sialkot: In a tragic incident, two men were killed near Tibba Syedan in Sialkot for not returning Rs500 that were borrowed earlier, police said on Monday.
A man has been arrested for allegedly killing two people whom he had lent money but did not receive the amount back in time.
The victim, Fahad had borrowed Rs 500 from accused Imran and sought more time to return.
Enraged over this, Imran got into a heated argument with the victim Fahad and attacked him with a knife. Following which another person tried to stop him and got himself killed in the deadly bout.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot after getting information and shifted the deceased to nearby hospital.
The suspect has been arrested with the weapon and a double-murder case has been registered against him. However, further investigation into the incident is underway.
