COAS Bajwa reviews global, regional and domestic security environment during Corps Commander Conference
Rawalpindi: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa chaired the Corps Commander Conference at the General Headquarters (GHQ) on Wednesday.

The participants took comprehensive review of global, regional and domestic security environment. Forum was given a detailed briefing on evolving situation along Pak-Afghan International Border.

The Army chief commended the formations for maintaining high standards of operational readiness and providing sustained support to the civil administration during ongoing national efforts against COVID-19, monsoons and the National Polio Drive.

General Bajwa also discussed Border Management Regime and asked for high level of vigil along the western Border, saying reinforcing Pakistan’s vision for peace, connectivity and shared prosperity.
