Per tola price reaches Rs540,362 after a decline of Rs2,900

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Thursday in line with their loss in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs540,362 after a decline of Rs2,900 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs463,273 after it fell by Rs2,486, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Wednesday, gold price per tola reached Rs543,262 after a gain of Rs3,700 during the day.
The international rate of gold declined by $29 to reach $5,176 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
Meanwhile, the price of silver also decreased by Rs179 to reach Rs9,175 per tola.
