The government, on the instructions of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, has decided to expand the Roshan Digital Account scheme to foreign nationals and institutional investors.

Under the decision, foreign nationals, companies, and institutional investors will be able to open Roshan Digital Accounts and invest in government securities as well as Naya Pakistan Certificates, which offer attractive rates of return.
The Finance Minister said the move will further enhance Pakistan’s attractiveness as an investment destination and help deepen the country’s financial markets.
Muhammad Aurangzeb invited investors from around the world to explore the opportunities Pakistan offers and to become partners in the country’s economic future.
