Per tola price reaches Rs488,462 after a decline of Rs3,000

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan plunged on Tuesday in line with their decline in the international market. The per tola price of yellow metal reached Rs488,462 in the local markets after a decline of Rs3,000 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs418,777 after it fell by Rs2,572, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Monday, gold price per tola reached Rs491,462 after a gain of Rs1,100 during the day.
The international rate of gold declined by $30 to reach $4,657 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
Meanwhile, the price of silver remained at Rs7,744 per tola.
