Pakistan has retained the same playing XI for today's match, while Australia has made one change, bringing in Cooper Connolly in place of Tanveer Sangha.


Lahore: Australia won the toss and chose to bat first against Pakistan in the third and final One-Day International (ODI).
Due to rain and strong winds in Lahore, the toss was delayed by 15 minutes and took place at 4:15 PM, while the match is scheduled to begin at 4:45 PM.
Speaking to the media, Pakistan captain Shaheen Afridi said that no changes had been made to the Pakistan team. He added that the team would need to bowl even better against Australia, that the spinners were expected to play an important role, and that the rain was unlikely to have a significant impact on the match.

There have been five previous occasions in ODI series between Pakistan and Australia when the final match became the series decider. In such situations, Pakistan has emerged victorious four times.
It is worth noting that the three-match ODI series is currently tied 1–1. Pakistan won the first match by five wickets, while Australia claimed a 42-run victory in the second match.
