Gilgit Baltistan elections: chief Election commissioner issues important directive
Chief Election Commissioner Raja Shahbaz has directed the Returning Officers of all 24 constituencies to ensure the issuance of certified Form-45s.


Web Desk: Chief Election Commissioner of Gilgit-Baltistan Raja Shahbaz has directed the Returning Officers of all 24 constituencies to ensure the issuance of certified Form-45s.
According to details, the Chief Election Commissioner instructed that the process must be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Election Act 2017 and Election Rules 2017. He emphasized strict compliance with the directives and urged all Returning Officers to ensure full implementation.
In a statement, the Election Commission said that Form-45s are being issued at all polling stations where vote counting has been completed. The commission also urged media outlets not to broadcast unverified reports claiming that Form-45s are not being provided.
The Election Commission further stated that clear instructions have once again been issued to ensure transparency and compliance with the electoral process.
