In Lahore, the district administration has put up banners at petrol pumps stating those who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19 will not get petrol, starting September 1.


New restrictions have been imposed in Punjab’s capital city according to which people who have been vaccinated against the deadly coronavirus will be able to get petrol.
The new regulations will take effect from September 1, 2021.
Meanwhile, as per Motorway Police, it has been decided to ban travel on motorways and highways without the Corona Vaccine Certificate. Passengers are directed to carry a travel vaccination certificate as well.
“People will not be able to travel without a vaccine certificate after September 15,” added Motorway Police.
It is to be noted that during the fourth wave of Corona virus in the country 95 more people died while 4016 cases have been reported.
According to the latest data released by the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), the total number of deaths in the country has reached 25,415.
The coronavirus positive case rate in the country is 6.42%.
