Lahore: The woman, who was assaulted by a group of boys in a quinchi rickshaw has recognized four suspects during an identification parade on Wednesday.

Reports quoting sources said that the victim was taken to the Camp Jail amid security. She identified four men, including the prime suspect during an identification parade— supervised by judicial magistrate.
The men are identified as Usman, Irfan, Abdur Rehman, and Sajid who harassed and passed inappropriate comments while the prime suspect jumped on the rickshaw and forcibly kissed the victim, leaving her aghast.
However, police arrested the culprits after a video of the incident went viral on social media. They were identified through CCTV footage.
A case was also registered at the Lari Adda police station.
Incident
A female boarding an auto-rickshaw near Minar-e-Pakistan on midnight between August 13-14 was harassed by a group of men on Independence Day of Pakistan.
The shameful incident occurred on the same day, August 14, when a female TikToker along with her companions was molested by a charged mob in Lahore’s Greater Iqbal Park.
A case was registered against 5,000 youngsters. The Punjab police chief took notice of the second incident and sought detailed report from the city police chief.
The IG directed to identify the youngster with the help of CCTV cameras of the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA).
