Brussels: The European Union (EU) has warned the Taliban that their new caretaker government is not "inclusive and representative."

"EU's 27 nations have enumerated 5 stipulations for the engagement with the Taliban, and the formation of an “inclusive and representative” transitional government is one of those conditions.
“Upon initial analysis of the names announced, it does not look like the inclusive and representative formation in terms of the rich ethnic and religious diversity of Afghanistan we hoped to see and that the Taliban were promising over the past weeks,” an EU spokesperson said.
The announced interim government doesn't contain any women and have names that are under sanction by the United Nations (UN) or under warning by the United States (US) on their involvement in terrorism.
