The heads of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) nations have signed a joint declaration and 30 other documents at the Dushanbe-facilitated SCO culmination on Friday.
The signing ceremony was broadcasted live.
The leaders especially signed decisions by the SCO Council of Heads of State on the endorsement of the 2021-2023 arrangement of joint advisor measures pointed toward defeating the negative social and monetary results of the Covid pandemic, the improvement of components to battle security dangers and challenges, and the establishment of the SCO "Green Belt."
Likewise, the process to give SCO permanent membership to Iran and dialogue partner status to Qatar, Egypt and Saudi Arabia were dispatched at the culmination.
Five agreements and memorandums, as well as a strategy paper, were also signed at the summit.
