The police and rescue teams reached the spot after getting information and shifted the deceased and injured to a nearby hospital.
The firing started after an argument, the investigation officer said.
Police also cordoned off the scene and further investigation is underway.
According to rescue officials, the injured people and bodies have been moved to the Dir District Headquarter Hospital.
On September 17, nine people were killed and 12 injured during a funeral in Lower Dir’s Tormang.
