One killed, three injured in fiery two-vehicle crash

Khairpur: In an unfortunate incident, one person was killed while three others sustained injuries after a horrific collision between two trucks at National Highway near Khairpur on Monday.

As per details, the incident took place near Khairpur Special Economic Zone and a huge fire erupted after the collision— killing one on the spot and injuring three. The deceased has been identified as the driver of one of the trucks.

Rescue teams and police reached the spot after getting information and shifted the deceased and injured to a nearby hospital.

The cause of crash is under investigation.
