'Telling truth with responsibility is journalism': Fawad Chaudhry

Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain Tuesday said journalism was about telling the truth with responsibly

On his official twitter handle, the minister thanked mainstream media on behalf of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for showing responsibility during the recent crisis. 

“If media does not show responsibility in such crises, the problems of governments may increase,” said Federal Minister.

حالیہ بحران میں پاکستان کے مین سٹریم میڈیا نے جس ذمہ داری اور احتیاط کا مظاہرہ کیا میں وزارت اطلاعات کی طرف سے میڈیا کا شکریہ ادا کرنا چاہتا ہوں اگر میڈیا ایسے بحرانوں میں ذمہ داری کا مظاہرہ نہ کرے تو حکومتوں کی مشکلات بہت بڑہ سکتی ہیں، سچ ذمہ داری کے ساتھ بیان کرنا ہی صحافت ہے
