UAE is considered as Pakistan’s home-away-from-home for years when it comes to cricket.

Dubai: Pakistan will be firm to continue its unbeaten streak in United Arab Emirates (UAE) as the Green shirts have won every match they played in the country.
Pakistani players are well familiar with the conditions in the UAE and had played a majority of their home matches in the country when international teams were not traveling to Pakistan.
Thus, Shaheens have been acclimatized with the UAE's nature of pitches and one can't really count out the experience they have gained over the years.
UAE is considered as Pakistan’s home-away-from-home for years when it comes to cricket.
Pakistan will face Australia in another high-octane clash today.
While Australia has never lost against Pakistan in World Cup matches, the Men in Green have been unbeaten in their last six T20I matches in Dubai and will be looking to extend the record.
Their winning streak started with back-to-back wins against West Indies in September 2016 before Pakistan stunned Australia and New Zealand in two matches apiece at the Dubai International Stadium in 2018.
It remains to be seen if Australia will keep their flawless record intact or will Pakistan continue their unbeaten run in Dubai.
History
There's a bit of a history between these two. The last time Green shirts played with Kangaroos in the 2010 T20 World Cup and the sub-continental giants, the then defending champions, were winning it till the 39th over of the match.
Three sixes and a four by Saeed Ajmal in the last over dethroned Pakistan as T20 champions.
It has never been the same for them after that.
Pakistan’s performance throughout the tournament
Pakistan has ridden a wave of euphoria all the way to the semis after beating arch-rivals India by 10 wickets in their opening match.
Consecutive wins over New Zealand, Afghanistan, Namibia, and Scotland made Pakistan the only impressive team that has not been beaten in this year's tournament.
That performance is all the more impressive considering the withdrawal of New Zealand and England from limited-overs tours in the build-up to the tournament threw Pakistan's preparations into disarray.
In the meantime, Australia is perhaps the most top-heavy side of this tournament. They have scored 402 of the 640 runs during the tournament to become the top three.
