Karachi: A woman was arrested on Wednesday on charges of assaulting her mother-in-law near Clifton in Karachi, GNN reported.

As per details, the accused, Afshan was arrested after her husband filed a complaint against her at Boat Basin police station and has been sent to jail on judicial remand.
The house maid shot a video in which the woman is beating and pushing her mother-in-law.
Sindh police registered a first information report (FIR) against the woman after the video of her beating her mother-in-law went viral on social media. The FIR was registered on February 12.
