Cop martyred, two others including SI wounded in Rawalpindi shooting

Rawalpindi: A police constable was martyrey, while a Sub-Inspector and another constable suffered injuries after unidentified assailaints opened fire on police vehicle near CDA Chowk on early Tuesday.

Police said the incident took place in area of Pir Widhai police station. Soon after the incident, a police contingent reached the spot and launched search of the runaway suspects who were riding motorcycles.
