SHO detains LESCO staff who removed meter due to unpaid dues
LESCO staff removed electricity meter of Sabzazar Police Station over defaulter of millions rupees
Lahore: Sabzazar Police Station SHO detained the Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) staff, who disconnected and removed electricity meter from police station for non-payment of outstanding dues.
According to the details, the LESCO staff removed the electricity meter of Sabzazar Police Station when found defaulter of millions of rupees.
Meanwhile, the Sabzazar Police Station SHO along with his personnel allegedly detained two LESCO personnel of Saidpur sub-division.
The GNN sources said that the police station has to pay more than four million rupees outstanding dues from four and half years.
It is pertinent to mention here that the detained LESCO staff at the police station includes line superintendent Shahid and meter reader Haroon.
