Police say incident looks like murder, however, a postmortem report awaited which would clarify situation


Karachi: A body of 13-year-old girl was found inside her residence in Orangi Town of Karachi on Saturday.
The body of a 13-year-old girl was found from a house in Orangi Town No 14 area of Karachi. According to the preliminary investigation, the girl was strangled to death.
The police said that body of the 13-year-old girl was identified as Anusha and the body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for postmortem.
The police official said that the incident looks like a murder. However, a postmortem report awaited which would clarify the situation.
The mother of the deceased girl died a few years earlier and she was residing in the house with her brothers and father, who left the house for a job after having breakfast with her.
