Hangu: In an unfortunate incident, six people including three children died due to leakage of gas in Hangu’s Gulshan Colony on Tuesday, GNN reported.
According to a report, the family members died when their house was filled with gas.
Apparently, the victims left the gas heater on in their bedroom at night.
However, amid gas load shedding the flame died out. When the supply resumed, the gas fumes did not burn and kept on filling in the room putting the whole family in a deathly slumber.
Rescue teams reached the spot after getting information and shifted the deceased to a nearby hospital.
The dead included a man, two women and three children—identified as Nadir Khan, his wife, daughter and three sons.
