Pakistan is reporting highest cases in months as country battles fifth wave of coronavirus


Lahore: President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif has tested positive for coronavirus again.
PML-N spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb confirmed that Shehbaz Sharif contracted coronavirus.
PML-N leader Attaullah Tarar said that Opposition Leader of National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif has quarantined himself at his residence after testing positive for the virus.
Attaullah Tarar requested nation to pray for speedy recovery of the PML-N president.

Earlier in June 2020, Shehbaz Sharif had also tested positive for the virus.
