100 percent people of Rawalpindi division receives health card: CM Usman Buzdar

Rawalpindi: Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar has said that 100 percent people of Rawalpindi division have received the facility of health card.

CM Punjab Usman Buzdar said in a Twitter message that Alhamdulillah health insurance facility of Rs one million has been provided to 100 percent people of Rawalpindi division from today. 

“If the permanent address on your identity card is mentioned of district Rawalpindi, Attock, Jehlum or Chakwal then send your identity card number on 8500 to check the registration of your family.”

الحمدللہ آج سے راولپنڈی ڈویژن کی 100 فیصد آبادی کو بھی 10 لاکھ روپے تک کی ہیلتھ انشورنس کی سہولت فراہم کر دی گئی ہے-

اگر آپ کےشناختی کارڈ پر ضلع راولپنڈی، اٹک، جہلم یا چکوال کا مستقل پتہ درج ہے تو 8500 پر اپنا شناختی کارڈ نمبر بھیج کر اپنےخاندان کی اہلیت کی تصدیق کر سکتےہیں-
