Possibility of Major reshuffle in federal cabinet

Islamabad: Major reshuffle in the federal cabinet as Sheikh Rashid will be given the Ministry of Information. 

According to the sources, significant changes are expected in the federal cabinet, portfolios of Interior, Defence and Information may be changed. 

As per sources, Pervez Khattak is likely to be given portfolio of the Interior Ministry. Fawad Chaudhry could replace Pervez Khattak in the Defence Ministry while Sheikh Rashid could be appointed as the new information minister.

“Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid commented that he was not aware of any change in the cabinet, adding that it is not time to go to the Ministry of Information,” the sources said.
