No differences with SIC, says Barrister Gohar
PTI’s founder takes all the decisions of the party.
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) chairman Barrister Gohar Khan stated that there are no differences between PTI and Sunni Etihad Council (SIC).
According to the details, Gohar was talking to media outside the Islamabad High court (IHC) regarding the SIC.
Barrister Gohar Khan said that the alliance with SIC was the right decision at that time. He claimed that if PTI would go to Supreme Court (SC) then it will get its reserved seats. PTI’s reserved seats cannot be given to any other party.
PTI’s chairman affirmed that Umar Sarfaraz Cheema was the governor so he was not given a ticket. A person who is a governor cannot contest for any post for two years.
He further said that only party workers got tickets and the decisions of the party are final. PTI’s founder takes all the decisions of the party.

IHC postpones plea amid Zartaj Gul’s name from ECL

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has postponed the hearing on the petition to withdraw the name of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Zartaj Gul from the ECL without proceeding.
According to the details, justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri heard the case. Zartaj Gul's lawyer Osama Tariq appeared before the court without signing the power of attorney.
However, the court adjourned the hearing of the case without proceeding while instructing the petitioner's lawyer to sign the affidavit and complete the file.

Ishaq Dar papers approved for senate elections
It should be noted that the senate elections will be held on April 2.
Islamabad: Former finance minister Ishaq Dar’s nomination papers has been approved on the seat of technocrat for senate elections.
According to the details, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) leader Azam Nazir Tarar was talking to media outside the election commission office.
Azam stated that returning officer (RO) has approved Ishaq Dar’s nomination papers. No objection has been imposed on Ishaq Dar’s nomination papers.
It should be noted that the senate elections will be held on April 2.
