PTI worker killed amid brutal assault: Hospital sources
The deceased PTI worker expired when he got short of breath during assault.
Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) worker Ali Bilal aka Zille Shah got killed due to violent assault, King Edward Medical University (KEMU) sources confirmed Thursday.
According to hospital sources, the post-mortem report indicated violence scars on the body of PTI worker.
The three-member forensic team of General Hospital under the supervision of Dr. Awais performed the post-mortem last night.
Sources KEMU told GNN that Bilal’s body had assault scars and it is mentioned in the report that he got killed due to violence.
It is also stated in the report that the deceased PTI worker expired when he got short of breath during assault.
The post-mortem report has also been sent to Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Raza Naqvi and specialized health care minister Javed Akram.
Sources also told that hospital has shared the report confidentially which is not been publically shared with the media as yet.
