PTI leader Shireen Mazari had been apprehended during a pre-dawn raid under Section 3 MPO.

Islamabad: A local court in Islamabad Tuesday ordered to immediately release Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Dr. Shireen Mazari and Falak Naz, GNN reported.
According to details, Justice Mian Gul Hasan heard the case filed by PTI leaders’ councils and declared their detention as invalid.
Earlier, PTI leader Shireen Mazari had been apprehended during a pre-dawn raid under Section 3 of Maintenance of Public Order (3 MPO) from her residence in Islamabad.
Mazari's legal counsel informed the court that the PTI leader did not partake in any demonstration, emphasizing that she was not present in court during Imran Khan's arrest. The counsel further stated that her arrest was a clear violation of the law.
After carefully considering the arguments presented, Justice Aurangzeb declared Shireen's arrest to be unlawful and issued an order for her immediate release.
Justice Gul Hasan presided over a plea regarding Senator Falak Naz's arrest. After the conclusion of arguments, the judge ordered her immediate release as well.
