Indian drone was flown to spy on sensitive places


Lahore: An Indian spy drone was shot down near Walton Road in Lahore. The drone, measuring 5 to 6 feet, was being operated from across the border.
Police sources said that the drone was shot down by jamming the system. The Indian drone was flown to spy on sensitive places.
According to police sources, India made an unsuccessful attempt to blow up the office of a major security agency in the Walton area of Lahore with the help of a drone. Security agencies took immediate action after seeing the drone approaching.
Earlier, the police said that a loud explosion was heard on Walton Road.
The drone carrying explosives had reached very close to the building. The Indian drone was flown to spy on sensitive places.
Sources said that there were no casualties or injuries in the attack, but the building was partially damaged. Security in the area has been put on high alert following the incident.
