California: WhatsApp, the globally recognized instant messaging application, has answered the prayers of countless users by announcing a highly anticipated feature.

Shortly after unveiling the ability to lock chats in a protected folder for enhanced privacy, WhatsApp has now introduced two new features: the option to mute unknown callers and a privacy checkup feature.

In a recent update, WABetaInfo revealed that these features are now available to all users on the latest version of the app.

The new mute unknown callers feature can be found within the privacy settings screen, allowing users to easily silence calls from unfamiliar numbers.

Additionally, users can conveniently review their privacy settings by selecting the privacy checkup banner in the same section.

This new feature assists users in configuring their privacy preferences, ensuring they have the desired level of protection.

With a simple "Start checkup" option, WhatsApp guides users through various privacy layers, enhancing the security and privacy of their accounts.
