Pakistan Sri Lanka test series trophy unveiled
The first test of the two-match series will begin tomorrow in Galle.
Galle: The first match of the two-test series between Sri Lanka and Pakistani cricket teams will start tomorrow at Galle International Stadium.
Earlier today test series trophy was unveiled.
The Pakistani team will be led by Babar Azam, while Sri Lanka will be led by Dimuth Karunaratne. This series is part of the ICC World Test Championship.
Pakistan National team captain, Babar Azam says that they have made full preparations for the series against Sri Lanka, first practiced in Lahore, then in Karachi, and now in Galle.
All players performed well in the practice match.
Babar Azam said that Shaheen Afridi made a comeback in the series, Shaheen bowled well in the practice match, but the lack of a fast bowler was completed with the arrival of Shaheen.
He added that I am satisfied with the team's preparation as the captain.
Earlier, Pakistan played a two-day warm-up match against Sri Lanka Cricket President's XI which ended in a draw, the second and final test of the series between the two teams will be played from July 24 to 28 in Colombo.
