Former CM Jam Kamal Khan to join PML-N
Major political breakthrough in PML-N as Jam Kamal Khan decides to join.
Balochistan: More than ten elected representatives from Balochistan, including former Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan, are contemplating joining the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
A meeting between the Balochistan Assembly members and Prime Minister Shabaz Sharif is scheduled to take place today.
During this meeting, the Balochistan leaders are expected to finalize their stance and extend an invitation to Sharif to join their party.
In the run-up to the general elections, winds of change are blowing in Balochistan.
According to sources, the former President and ex-Chief Minister of Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan, is likely to ride the PML-N's ship, leaving his former party, the Balochistan Awami Party (BAP), behind.
Jam Kamal has already held meetings with PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz, and he has shown a strong inclination toward joining the PML-N.
Furthermore, other influential figures, including Senator Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar, former Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti, Balochistan's Provincial Minister Muhammad Khan Lehri, former Provincial Minister Sarfraz Dumki, Mitha Khan, and former Assemblymember Sardar Masood Loni, are making preparations to join the PML-N.
Additionally, some members of the Provincial Assembly from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) have also reached out to the PML-N.
