Quetta: At least seven people killed including a union council chairman on Monday.
The explosion took place near a car in Turbat district of Balochistan.
Sources claim that the explosion happened close to Turbat's Balatgar area. After the explosion, emergency teams, including police and law enforcement professionals, arrived on the scene.
According to reports, Union Council Chairman Ishaq was among the seven people who died as a result of the remote-controlled explosion.
According to initial investigations, the explosive material was positioned next to the road.
The investigation was launched by the law enforcement agencies.
