Federal Cabinet farewell meeting underway

Islamabad: The farewell meeting of the federal cabinet Wednesday started under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

According to details, the last meeting of the federal cabinet of coalition government is being held at the Prime Minister's House in Islamabad.

Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, Information and broadcasting minister Maryam Aurangzeb are participating in the meeting.

Apart from this, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Mian Javed Latif, Azam Nazir Tarar, Naveed Qamar are also participating.

Maulana Asad Mehmood, Syed Amin-ul-Haq, Agha Hassan Baloch, Tahir Sher Cheema also participated in the meeting.

Other attendees of the meeting include Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Aoon Chaudhry, Sherry Rehman, Qamar Zaman Kaira and Maulana Abdul Wase.

In the meeting, the country's political and economic situation is being reviewed. Issues related to the dissolution of assemblies, caretaker setup will also be discussed.

The Prime Minister will consult the ministers of the coalition parties on the future political strategy.
