Jinnah House case: Khadija Shah, others judicial remand extended
The judicial remand of Khadija Shah and others has been extended till August 26.
Lahore: The judicial remand of Khadija Shah and others in Jinnah House attack case has been extended till August 26 in Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore.
According to details, Judge Ejaz Ahmad Buttar of ATC heard the case against Khadija Shah, Alia Hamza and others.
The accused women Khadija Shah, Sanam Javed, Alia Hamza, Rohina Khan, Farzana Sarwar, Taiba Ambreen, Samia Asad and Afshan Tariq were presented before the court after the completion of their judicial remand.
Court directed the police to present the challan of the accused to the court soon to which they responded that challan completion of other accused including Khadija Shah is underway.
The judicial remand of Khadija Shah and others has been extended till August 26. Sarwar Road police station has registered a case against the women accused.
