ICC announces phased ticket sales, ensuring easy access for cricket fans.


Delhi: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has commenced the sale of tickets for the upcoming World Cup matches.
According to the ICC, the general sale of tickets for World Cup matches will kick off today at 7:30 PM Pakistan time.
During this period, cricket enthusiasts from around the world can conveniently purchase tickets for their favorite matches online.
ICC states that in order to facilitate a maximum number of fans, the ticket sales will be conducted in a phased manner.
Ticket sales for the Men's and Women's Warm-up matches, as well as the Men's and Women's Event matches, will start from today.
Jay Shah, the Secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), stated in a released message to the fans that the sale of tickets is now underway, and they are ready to welcome the fans to the venues.
On the other hand, Geoff Allardice, the Chief Executive of ICC, expressed joy in announcing the commencement of ticket sales and urged fans to secure their seats to be a part of this historic event.
It's important to note that the ICC Cricket World Cup is set to begin on October 5, with the Pakistan-India clash scheduled for October 14 in Ahmedabad.
