Pak vs ZIM 2nd Test Day 1 : Pakistan score 268 with loss of 4 wickets

By the end of the first day of play, Pakistan has scored 268 for four wickets in 90 overs.

Abid Ali 118 and Sajid Khan with one run are not out.

Abid Ali and Imran Butt started the innings for Pakistan but Imran Butt was caught by Richard Nigarwa for just two runs.

After that, Azhar Ali, who came one down, took over the batting line with Abid Ali. The two formed a partnership of 236 runs. While Azhar Ali completed his century off 198 balls with the help of 15 fours. He scored 126 runs and was caught on the ball of Blessing Muzarabani.

Captain Babar Azam returned to the pavilion with just two runs.

Fawad Alam, who came after him, also scored five runs and got bowled on the ball of Marzbani.

Earlier, Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first.

Both teams have made changes in today's match. Tabish Khan has made his debut for Pakistan while Zimbabwe has given a chance to Luke Jongwe.

It may be recalled that in the first Test match, Pakistan had defeated Zimbabwe by an innings and 116 runs while earlier it had also won the T20 series 2-1.
