Colombo: The Super Four match of Asia Cup 2023 played between Pakistan and India is likely to be affected by rain today (Monday) again as the conditions are not favorable for cricket in Colombo.

Colombo has been drizzling since late night and is overcast with strong winds.

Intermittent rain is forecast throughout the day today, with more heavy rain expected during the afternoon hours.

It is pertinent to note that in this ongoing match in Colombo, Pakistan won the toss and invited India to bat first yesterday (Sunday).

Only 24.1 overs were played yesterday due to rain yesterday in which India scored 147 runs for the loss of 2 wickets.

In the Super Four stage of Asia Cup, the important match between Pakistan and India was suspended and shifted to the reserve day i.e. today due to continuous rain and ground field damage.

Today the game will start at 2:30pm from where it ended the previous day.
