Virat Kohli is like my son-in-law: Shah Rukh Khan

Mumbai: In a recent social media interaction with fans, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, often referred to as the "King of Bollywood," playfully referred to former Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli as his son-in-law.
Shah Rukh Khan is known for his active presence on social media platforms, particularly during the release of his new films.
In his latest question-and-answer session with fans, he responded to various intriguing queries.
One fan took the opportunity to ask Shah Rukh Khan about his thoughts on Virat Kohli, given the frequent fan wars between their respective admirers.
In response, Shah Rukh Khan affectionately expressed, "I have great affection for Virat Kohli; he's like family to me. I wholeheartedly wish him success and happiness."
Amusingly, he playfully concluded, "After all, he's like a son-in-law to us."
It's worth noting that Shah Rukh Khan has previously expressed his desire to portray Indian cricket sensation Virat Kohli on the silver screen.
The two have a connection beyond their friendly banter, as Kohli's wife, actress Anushka Sharma, made her cinematic debut alongside Shah Rukh Khan in the 2008 film "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi."
The two actors have since collaborated on several films, including "Jab Harry Met Sejal," "Jab Tak Hai Jaan," and "Zero."
