Egypt suspends its flight operations to Israel
Officials said flights between Cairo and Tel Aviv will remain suspended until further notice.
Cairo: Egypt has suspended its flight operations to Israel due to the ongoing violent conflict between the Palestinian security force Hamas and Israel.
According to the report, Cairo Airport officials told the Associated Press (AP) news agency that Egypt's national airline has suspended its flights to Israel.
Officials said flights between Cairo and Tel Aviv will remain suspended until further notice.
It is pertinent to note that in view of the ongoing tension between Palestine and Israel, France also suspended its flight operations to Israel on Sunday.
French officials stated they were monitoring the ongoing situation in Israel and that flights to Tel Aviv would remain suspended until further notice.
Notably two days ago, Hamas carried out a counter-action on the fiftieth anniversary of the Arab-Israeli war, for the first time in the early morning.
