Karachi: The spokesperson of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan said that seat adjustment of MQM and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has not taken place regarding District Kemari NA-242 of Karachi.
The spokesperson stated that the reports regarding seat adjustment of NA-242 of MQM Pakistan are baseless.
MQM Pakistan spokesperson added that MQM senior deputy convener Mustafa Kamal is the party's candidate from NA-242.
Notably, PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif has received nomination papers from NA-242 constituency of Karachi, MQM Pakistan's Mustafa Kamal has submitted nomination papers from NA-242.
In the 2018 elections, Shehbaz Sharif stood second from this constituency, while MQM stood fourth in the previous election.
